Valve Spools & Stems
Multi-step valve spools, stems and cores that meter air and fluid inside pneumatic valves.
A valve spool is the moving part inside a directional or control valve. Its lands open and close ports as it shifts; the diameters between them have to be concentric and the same size run to run, or the valve leaks past the seal or sticks.
We turn multi-step spools, valve stems and cores in brass and stainless: multi-land, grooved, cross-drilled for flow, with key grooves and seal lands. Diameters held tight for clean O-ring and lip-seal seating.
