Operations / Logistics Coordinator
Receive goods, label product, and track inventory in the Tempe warehouse. Manage sample shipments and returns, work with freight forwarders, and keep logistics records straight for reporting and audit.
- Warehouse or supply-chain experience

Office Assistant
Manage and archive contracts, invoices, and office documents. Handle phone calls, email, and visitor reception, keep office supplies stocked, support internal meetings, and assist with basic accounting data entry. Onsite in Tempe, AZ.
