A rotor hub carries the propeller and spins at high rpm, so it has to be balanced or it shakes the airframe. A heat-sink plate pulls heat out of the motor through radial fins. Both are thin-wall aluminum parts where fin geometry and balance are the whole job.
We machine rotor hubs, support plates and heat-sink parts in aluminum: radial ribs, cooling fins, multi-bore hollow cutaways, propeller hubs turned and milled to balance. Anodized for corrosion and finish.
These run on our drone line with the motor mounts. Send hub bore, prop pattern or fin spec and rpm target for a quote.
