Arrow Inserts & Nocks

Inserts and outserts are the threaded bushings bonded into an arrow shaft. The point or broadhead threads into them; the nock seats behind them. They carry the impact load and set how straight the point runs, so bore concentricity and wall thickness matter more than they look.

We turn inserts, outserts and shaft bushings in aluminum and brass, ringed for adhesive retention, in matched diameter and weight sets. Ringed and tapered profiles bond without spinning loose.

Inserts run on the same screw machines as our electronics bushings. Send shaft ID and OD, thread and target weight for a quote.
