OPEN POSITIONS

1. Office Assistant (Full-time | Onsite)

What You'll Do

• Manage and archive contracts, invoices, and office documents
  
• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor reception
  
• Manage office supplies and support internal meetings
  
• Assist with basic accounting data entry
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
  
• Valid U.S. work authorization
  
• Able to work onsite in Tempe, AZ
  

2. Sales Representative (Full-time or Part-time + Field Work)

What You'll Do

• Develop new customers in Arizona and nearby regions
  
• Maintain long-term client relationships
  
• Review blueprints and prepare RFQs with the engineering team
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  

What We're Looking For

• Native-level English proficiency
  
• Sales experience in manufacturing or mechanical components preferred
  
• Able to read basic mechanical drawings
  
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
  
• Valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license
