We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations/Logistics Coordinator to ensure our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare customs documents, and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
  
• Warehouse Management: Handle daily warehouse tasks including receiving incoming goods, labeling products, and tracking inventory levels.
  
• Sample & Returns Processing: Manage sample shipments, process returns, and assist with quality inspection coordination.
  
• Partner Communication: Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
  
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records for reporting and auditing purposes.
  

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management is preferred.
  
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift packages (up to [例如: 25-50 lbs]) and perform basic warehouse tasks.
